Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please read our policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
In rare cases where we need to cancel your consultation (e.g., doctor unavailability), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
After processing, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account or original method of payment within 5-7 working days for both domestic and international transactions. However, depending on the payment gateway and customer's bank, there might be slight variations.
Refunds will be issued only to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
Transaction fees (if any) charged by the payment gateway or bank are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Customers are advised to keep the original transaction details for reference.
