We ship Ayurvedic medicines across India.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time is estimated to be 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping charges may apply based on the weight, order value, and delivery location.
All applicable charges will be clearly visible at the checkout stage before payment.
Free shipping may be available for promotional offers or on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or email
You can use this ID to track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 2 days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
Please check the package upon delivery. If items are missing, damaged, or tampered with, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging/product when reporting issues.
